After all that has been said about our Indian judiciary finally getting into the picture and setting the standard for delivering justice to those who deserve it, we now have an interesting expose by NDTV about how the prosecution, the defence and the witness have colluded to let the accused (Sanjeev Nanda)go scot free.
BMW-Hit and Run case expose is supposed to be a statement on the state of the judicial system in India. Well, with the way things are progressing and the prosecution itself going lenient on the accused, things look bleak for any progressive standards we thought were set by our judicial system.
